A leading company is seeking a Traveling Court Reporter in Texas. The role involves providing transcription services for legal proceedings, requiring state certification and excellent transcription skills. Summary of Duties
The Court Reporter will provide services throughout the state of Texas. Although most reporting will be related to contested proceedings before the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH), the awarded contractor may also provide services related to the Texas State Board of Education (SBOE), Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC), the Texas Commissioner of Education, and/or any other proceedings requested by TEA. The Court Reporter will only receive compensation for work performed as requested by TEA. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, and there are no guaranteed minimum or maximums. The awarded contractor must meet the following minimum qualifications and requirements throughout the entire term of the contract.
