Job summary

Infinity Group, a design-driven architecture and construction firm, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations across US projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor procurement, and ensure alignment with design intent and project goals.

This role requires precision, urgency, and strong communication to maintain momentum and quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction supervision, understands commercial divisions, and exhibits a thorough grasp of drawings,

Qualifications

Experience supervising commercial construction and coordinating field operations.
Proficiency with construction drawings, specifications and building systems.
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule integrity.
OSHA or equivalent safety training is required.
Experience on high-end residential or design-driven projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in weekly meetings ensuring clear communication between field operations and project stakeholders.
Manage on-site procurement logistics, deliveries, material handling and inventory tracking.
Review drawings and ensure field execution aligns with design documents.
Lead on-site oversight, manage weekly subcontractor meetings and review look-ahead schedules.
Identify and resolve field issues in real time and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.
Complete daily/weekly non-negotiables including photos, reports, and safety requirements.
Travel to project sites as required and attend quarterly meetings as needed.
