ARCO National Construction Company in the United States seeks a seasoned Lead Superintendent to drive field execution on diverse projects. You will lead teams, coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets specs and profitability while traveling as needed across the country.

Applicants should bring extensive field leadership experience, strong knowledge of construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Willing to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership, direct teams, and resolve conflicts.
• Attend post‑award review meetings for project details and preconstruction planning.
• Develop construction schedules with the project manager and plan manpower/equipment needs.
• Oversee project to meet specifications, stay on schedule, and achieve profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities within the project timeline.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and key project documents.
• Maintain communication with the project manager on progress and issues affecting costs or schedules.
• Complete daily reports documenting project details, events, and approvals.
• Enforce compliance with safety programs and uphold company values.
