Job summary

Gallant is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to lead field operations on commercial projects, including ground-up and renovations. You will manage sub-contractors, enforce safety programs, and coordinate with customers, architects, and staff.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, strong organizational and quick-thinking skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk uneven ground on site is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction and site supervision experience.
• Ground-up and renovation project experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Project preferred; not required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and manage sub-contractors.
• Develop and manage project schedule with project manager; update look ahead schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate with customers, architects, subcontractors and staff.
