Qualifications

• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in project management and construction technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall direction and leadership on construction projects.
• Prepare and submit change requests for owner/architect approval.
• Lead various project meetings including monthly reviews.

Skills

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS Office

Project management software proficiency

Ability to apply Lean processes

Ability to manage budgets

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
