Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary corporate representative for project stakeholders.

You will oversee the full project life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resources, and safety, while driving exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with Owners, OPMs, developers and architects, leading weekly meetings, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years in construction project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.
• Oversee project life cycle: budget, schedule, risk, resources and safety.
• Coordinate with field teams and procurement for timely materials and submittals.
• Lead project meetings (OAC) and distribute minutes; manage issues and change orders.
• Forecast budgets, monitor costs, and manage cash flow.
