Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder relationships for multiple construction projects while working in close collaboration with the Superintendent. This role involves comprehensive planning and coordination of all phases of the construction process to effectively manage project risk. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, aligning with client expectations, resolving disputes, estimating and pricing, procuring materials, and developing and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update project plans, issue projections and change orders, and manage pay applications and cash flow to stay on budget.
• Oversee submittal approvals, RFIs, RFPs, and material procurement to ensure timely and accurate execution of project requirements.
• Initiate and attend project meetings, distribute agendas and minutes, and ensure alignment across the project team.
• Attend owner meetings, maintain regular client contact, and communicate feedback and expectations to the project team.
• Set up and manage contract files, ensure accurate billing, and complete organized project closeout documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets required. Mixed-use and/or Office construction experience preferred
• Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project required
• Computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent required
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
