Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and residential construction required.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility renovations and remodeling projects.
• Complete maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Assist with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and flooring tasks.
• Respond to maintenance service calls at various facilities.
• Travel between dealership locations as required.
