Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a reliable Concrete Laborer to support our field team on commercial and residential projects in Wichita, KS. You will perform tasks under the guidance of skilled trades, learn concrete form setup, material handling, and site preparation.

This role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and potential weekend shifts. No experience required beyond a willingness to learn; OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends if needed

The Concrete Laborer will be an asset to the team. This person will be responsible for doing a variety of tasks to help support the construction team. This position requires physical labor and is best for someone that is willing to learn and work under the guidance of different trades.
