Job summary

B&B Concrete in Indiana is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support the construction team with physical tasks and learning under experienced trades. You will assist with form preparation, set-up, and material transport as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities include lifting and moving materials, loading/unloading from trucks, and helping prepare sites. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it is required, and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and take direction from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous construction field experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
