Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Operator to support multiple paving operations on projects throughout the Southwest.

The role involves operating GOMACO GP3, GP-2800, and Commander III machines on roadway, bridge, and airport projects across several states, with extensive travel required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of concrete paving or slipform paving experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of concrete paving or slipform paving experience.
• Experience operating GOMACO GP3, GP-2800 and/or Commander III equipment.
• Knowledge of concrete paving operations, grade control, and highway construction practices.
• Ability to read construction plans and interpret survey markings.
• Valid driver's license; CDL Class A or B preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate GOMACO GP3, GP-2800, Commander III and related paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain paving specs.
• Ensure pavement meets line, grade, thickness, and finish requirements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with project crews to maximize production and quality.
• Follow construction plans, survey markings, and project specs.
• Assist with equipment mobilization, demobilization, loading and setup.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete required equipment and production documentation.
