• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team.
• Develop overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Own project information and report status to stakeholders.
• Validate status and recommend actions to meet execution goals.
• Allocate manpower to meet project goals.
• Ensure processes are followed and roles understood.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts.
