B&B Concrete in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated Concrete Laborer to support our field crews. You will assist with form setup, transport materials, and load/unload trucks while following directions from skilled tradespeople on site.

This role involves outdoor work in varying weather, basic tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn. You must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; OSHA certification or willingness to obtain

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel.
