B&B Concrete is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our field team in Springfield, IL. This role involves assisting with form setup, transporting materials, and supporting site readiness under supervision.

It is a physically demanding position suited for individuals eager to learn construction trades. The successful candidate will have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work weekends.

Formación

• Willingness to learn and take guidance from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel.

Conocimientos

Previous construction experience
