Job summary

B&B Concrete in Illinois is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support the construction team through hands-on, physical work. You will learn from trades, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to steady project progress in varying weather.

Responsibilities include preparing and setting up concrete forms, moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and helping sites stay ready for daily work. A valid driver's license and OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) are required; weekend work

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction field (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel.
