Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a Concrete Laborer in Austin, TX to support the construction team with a variety of tasks. This position involves physical labor and a willingness to learn under guidance from different trades. Candidates should be ready to work outdoors and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities include setting up concrete forms, transporting materials, loading/unloading, and assisting in multiple site tasks. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for field personnel.
