Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a traveling concrete foreman to lead on job sites, operate jackhammers, and manage materials in busy commercial projects. The role requires flexibility to travel and supervise crews while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The position offers hourly pay between $25 and $30, paid travel in company vehicle, and daily per diem of $45 with hotel accommodations. Expect overtime and comprehensive benefits as part of a long-term travel-heavy workload.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with commercial construction in a lead or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle).
• Must be able to travel out of town for 2 to 3 weeks at a time

Responsibilities

• Jack hammer operation.
• Loading & carrying materials and equipment on ground.
• Oversee and assist laborers that prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials
