Qualifications

• Prior experience in concrete finishing and/or carpentry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift materials, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strip concrete forms and frameworks.
• Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Perform carpentry work related to concrete construction.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely.
• Ensure finished work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on job sites.
