Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher I to join our construction team. You will finish concrete surfaces with hand and power tools, ensuring quality and adherence to project specs.

Responsibilities include pouring, smoothing, forming concrete as needed, and maintaining safety standards on-site. You will collaborate with crew members and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets, and may train junior personnel as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in concrete finishing preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in concrete finishing, with construction setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus.
