Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

• Experience with concrete finishing tools is preferred.
• Familiar with construction terminology and signals.

Responsibilities

• Prep sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• Set up and take down temporary structures and forms.
• Manage traffic movement in construction areas.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Dig trenches and compact earth with shovels and rakes.
• Assist carpenters with forms and concrete footings.
• Operate tools and basic machinery as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on site.
• Follow supervisor instructions and report issues.
