Responsibilities

• Read drawings and prints to determine formwork requirements.
• Build/assemble forms for floors, walls, columns, tilt-walls and cores.
• Set forms to elevations and assist with reinforcing steel as needed.
• Erect scaffolding and access for elevated forms.
• Coordinate with foreman on materials, safety, and delivery needs.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
