A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Attend post-award review meetings for project preplanning
• Assist in preparing construction schedules and resource planning
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specifications and deadlines, ensuring profitability
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage project documentation, reports, and approvals
• Maintain safety standards and conduct site meetings
• Make decisions under tight deadlines, organize resources, and lead teams effectively
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Meet physical demands of the role, including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects
• Willingness to travel; residence location flexible
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software (Procore a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
