Job summary

Daniels Property Group is seeking motivated Roofing Technicians to join our national roofing team. You will travel across the United States performing roof inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and replacements at Daniels-owned facilities.

Work alongside our Roofing Foreman/Superintendent to deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain safety standards. This position requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift materials as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Install and maintain roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal).
• Assist with inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection safely.
• Travel nationwide to Daniels facilities and work with the Roofing Foreman.
