Job summary

Quality Trusted Commercial seeks a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations for EPDM, TPO, and PVC installations in Minnesota with extended assignments in North Dakota. You will supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion on each project.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and clients, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain daily reports and close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roofing, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with EPDM, TPO, and PVC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for new construction, re-roofing, and repair projects in MN with extended ND assignments.
• Lead foremen, crews, and subcontractors; set daily/weekly production goals and coordinate manpower/equipment.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards; conduct daily safety audits, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and GCs; manage schedules, change orders, and logistics for out-of-state work.
• Ensure high-quality installation of EPDM/TPO/PVC systems and perform site inspections.
