Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Traveling Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to plan, organize, and supervise daily roofing activities across project sites while traveling. You will designate material staging, train crews, and manage scheduling to ensure safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective installations.

This role requires extensive travel, with 15 days on and 5 days off. The leader will enforce safety plans, review shop drawings, and coordinate with field teams and GC customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate
• 5+ years hands-on commercial roofing experience; management experience preferred
• Driver's License required
• Must speak fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Travel: 15 days on and 5 days off

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily roofing activities
• Oversee material staging and crew scheduling
