Job summary

OWL Services LLC seeks experienced Electrical Apprentices/Tradesmen to support commercial electrical construction nationwide. This role targets builders aiming toward Journeyman but not yet licensed, with strong tool-use and installation knowledge under licensed supervision.

This long-term traveling opportunity emphasizes safety, execution, and accountability within a performance-driven organization; orientation in Fort Worth, TX is required.

Qualifications

• 8,000–9,000 documented work hours in commercial electrical construction (≈5+ years).
• Experience in heavy commercial environments; ground-up construction preferred.
• Active Apprentice license required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications with minimal supervision.
• Must pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing.
• Must provide two valid forms of U.S. Government Issued identification for employment eligibility.
• Candidates may be required to complete skill verification or field-based competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical installations per drawings and NEC requirements.
• Install and support conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC), feeders, lighting and power distribution.
• Assist with panel terminations, transformers and switchgear under supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts with minimal oversight.
• Work under licensed Journeymen and Foremen to support field execution.
• Maintain organized work areas and material control.
• Follow OSHA, company, and site safety requirements; lock-out/tag-out and NFPA-70E standards.
