United Contractor Services is a growing commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to serve our clients across the United States.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• Access to cloud reporting systems and necessary technology provided by us to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a construction superintendent.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various worksites across the United States.
• Ability to layout complex construction projects accurately.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Ability to manage and adhere to project schedules.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and professional in communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly during the construction process.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, updates, and change orders.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
