Diamond Peak Recruiting in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results.

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work progressing on schedule.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, field teams, and design partners.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to minimize risk and maintain project momentum.
• Promote a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
