Qualifications

• EMR Superuser required.
• PCMH standards familiarity required.
• Knowledge of quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors new employees and those needing training.
• Provides information to supervisors for employee performance evaluations.
• Maintains education requirements and competency as required.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and office policies.
• Delivers comprehensive patient care during office visits (intake, tests, screenings, labs, meds, care gaps).
• Prepares patients/equipment for treatment and documents results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
