Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary representative of Alteas, onboarding and integrating skilled nursing facilities
  • Lead educational sessions on cardiac and pulmonary care for facility staff
  • Conduct in-person and telehealth rounds, ensuring coverage and high quality clinical support
  • Present and interpret clinical data to improve outcomes
  • Mentor new providers and contribute to growth in new regions
  • Provide coverage during extended provider PTO and manage higher-volume buildings
  • Attend QAPI meetings and support ongoing clinical education and quality assurance

Who You Are

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in one or more of the following: IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, OH, or WI
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a traveling clinical role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-acuity care setting
  • Strong communicator, adaptable, with sound clinical judgment
  • Reliable, insured transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multistate NP Licensure
  • 2+ years of nursing home experience
  • Experience in Cardiology or Pulmonary care
