Job summary

As a Traveling Clinic Manager with Milan Laser Hair Removal, you will oversee operations across 400+ clinics, stepping in as acting Clinic Manager during coverage gaps, and leading client consultations to drive revenue through personalized treatment plans. Based out of Valparaiso, IN, you must be willing to travel nationwide (100%) and reside near a major airport.

The role offers base salary of $64,800 per year plus uncapped 2.5% commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%).
• Residence within close proximity to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
