With 3–5 years in a hospitality engineering role, you’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more while communicating clearly with General Managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a hospitality‑related engineering role.
• Proficient in hotel mechanical systems, with hands‑on maintenance skills.
• Strong communicator in English, with a knack for effective problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to provide essential engineering coverage during vacancies, openings, and special projects.
• Work closely with General Managers to prioritize needs, ensuring smooth operations and brand compliance.
• Be the go‑to expert, available 24/7 for urgent maintenance needs while on assignment.
• Tackle repairs and troubleshooting across vital systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Focus on guest satisfaction by swiftly addressing any issues and minimizing disruptions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, adhering to brand and safety standards.
