HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple crews during industrial tank cleaning at client sites. Responsibilities include planning, directing operations, ensuring equipment readiness, and documenting activities in a timely manner.

Role requires strong leadership, safety adherence, and the ability to communicate with clients. Travel up to 90% of the time within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and safety documentation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise two or more crews during industrial tank cleaning.
• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain client relations with quality service.
• Inspect equipment and work area before job starts and address deficiencies.
• Train technicians and operators on-site; enforce policies.
• Travel up to 90% within the region.
