Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee industrial tank cleaning operations at customer sites. This role leads two or more crews, ensures safety protocols are followed, and coordinates daily tasks and equipment readiness.

The position involves up to 90% travel within the region. The successful candidate will manage documentation, client relations, and on-site performance while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning.
• Experience supervising two or more crews.
• RCRA certificates.
• Strong MS Office, Outlook and Excel skills.
• Ability to travel within region (90%).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment; inspect work area before start.
• Read work orders and verify availability of equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submits paperwork to management.
• Train technicians and operators on equipment operation and processes.
• Communicate job status and client needs to relevant stakeholders.
