Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a traveling caregiver. This position covers a wide geographic area, visiting clients in their homes to provide personal care and support.

Pay: $20 – $32 per hour

Additional Compensation: Paid drive time + mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
  
• Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
• Travel between client homes within assigned territory
  

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in Minnesota
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
• Comfortable covering a large territory
  
• Strong communication and time-management skills
  
• Previous home care experience preferred
