Position: Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer
As a scaffolding laborer, you will:
- Build and dismantle scaffolds at professional venues such as stadiums, golf courses, and racetracks, often while watching events on TV.
- Work in crews of no more than 5 members, traveling together from job to job.
- Enjoy full-time, consistent, year-round employment with regular overtime opportunities.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, often overnight, with travel durations of 90+ days.
- Have accommodations arranged and provided by InProduction, typically sharing hotel rooms with small kitchens.

Additional Duties:
- Construct and dismantle scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist with the safe installation and removal of equipment following plans and layouts.
- Inspect scaffold components prior to use.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Study plans and equipment lists before work.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing safety gear and fall protection.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
- Strive for client satisfaction regarding quality and timeliness.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic understanding of safety instructions.
- Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
