Qualifications

• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Ability to visualize layouts from plans and prints.
• Ability to work in a team or independently with moderate supervision.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints and sketches to understand requirements.
• Coordinates with Foreman to configure construction lay out and elevations.
• Assembles and secures forms, wood structures, sheet metal, and other materials.
• Constructs wood and metal stud walls, floors, roofs, and framing systems.
• Installs exterior wall systems, sheathing, siding, insulation, and weather barriers.
• Installs doors, frames, windows, and architectural finishes.
