Job summary

DanceBUG is seeking a Camera Operator to travel nationwide this season, February through June, capturing dance performances with professional equipment. You will be trained and supported, with flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel expenses provided.

No prior dance experience is required; you will learn on the job and receive paid training, while guaranteed minimum daily pay and overtime after 40 hours/week are offered.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within proximity of a major airport.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Available to travel Thursday through Monday during the season.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and long travel days.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dance competitions across the United States.
• Operate professional camera and livestream systems.
• Capture high-quality performances for distribution.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot camera and livestream equipment.
• Upload and manage event media.
