Role Details

This role provides mentorship opportunities across our branch network, focusing on leadership and team collaboration. The schedule is flexible, typically planned monthly, and includes mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire team members to exceed expectations.
  2. Assist members with transactions, open accounts, and refer to additional services like investments and loans.
  3. Cross-sell products to meet members' financial needs.
  4. Resolve issues with a consultative, trust-building approach.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years banking or credit union experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, professional yet approachable.
  • Proficiency with banking systems and software.
  • Availability Monday through Saturday, with varying hours.
  • Ability to commute to multiple branches; mileage reimbursement offered.
  • Willingness to undergo background and credit checks.
