You will educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions, promote digital tools, and handle servicing tasks while maintaining strong AML/KYC adherence. The position emphasizes customer-centric, efficient service and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales.

Aufgaben

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities to solve for other needs.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide simplified, customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to contribute to retention and expansion of relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Actively engage in lobby management and greet customers, solving needs.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners when servicing needs present opportunities.
• Assist and stay current with AML, BSA, and KYC processes and identify fraud.
• Resolve and log all customer complaints in the appropriate system.
• Review and resolve overdrafts for Consumer and Business Banking customers.
• Complete customer transactions accurately.
• Document interactions and appointments in the system.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and promote M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit points and regulators’ issues.
• Meet Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
