Job summary

The Menta Education Group seeks a Traveling Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth across multiple Illinois schools. This role requires Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification, the ability to travel regionally, and collaboration with school teams to design and implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student progress.

Travel is local and regional, with assignments to 8702 N.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individual students.
• Collaborate with the school team to develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans and oversee those interventions to ensure fidelity.
• Develop resources and materials to support individual student interventions and programming.
• Train staff in the implementation of interventions and programming.
• Develop data collection strategies to monitor student response to intervention.
• Assist staff in collecting and analyzing data.
• Participate in the development of student IEPs and in IEP meetings.
• Collect data and prepare a variety of reports to document assessment, interventions, and student progress.

As a Traveling Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with The Menta Education Group, you will assess the development of students, as well as contribute to student IEP’s for behavioral growth.

Required: Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification

This position would entail local and regional reimbursed travel.

Provide services between (3) Menta schools at the following locations:

8702 N. 2nd St. Unit D Machesney Park IL 61115

621 Belvidere Rd. Waukegan IL 60085

1200 Claussen Dr Woodstock IL 60098

Direct Hire with our school: Return school year after school year (no annual contract)

Responsibilities
