Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment preferred.
• Basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver.
• Willingness to travel to stores.
• Ability to work alone.

Responsibilities

• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations.
• Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail.
• Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.
• Follow state, federal and company guidelines.
• Use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment.
• Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
• Follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards
