Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years' experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment preferred.
• Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations.
• Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail.
• Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.
• Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
• Ability to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment using a multimeter and service manuals.
• Complete all assigned work and related paperwork.
• Follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery.
