Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience handling teller transactions and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to engage customers, identify needs, and promote financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and per policy.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and referrals through inbound/outbound interactions.
• Build relationships using CRM and other resources for onboarding and expanding accounts.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance, and support operational activities.
