Sales and Service Specialist (Multi-Site)

Join to apply for the Sales and Service Specialist (Multi-Site) role at Fulton Bank.

This is a full-time career opportunity based out of the Philadelphia Market in PA, with responsibilities including providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, promoting banking solutions, and traveling between financial centers in Delaware and Montgomery Counties. The position requires flexibility to work around branch hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting clients with teller transactions and customer service needs.
2. Driving proactive sales and referral conversations through various interactions.
3. Utilizing CRM systems to foster relationship building and onboarding.
4. Supporting customers with products and services, including account openings and maintenance.
5. Maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.
6. Leveraging digital solutions to support customers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (required).
• 6-12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:
