Job summary

KR Wolfe Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Integration Technician to support installation, integration, field service, and renovation projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and government sectors.

You will pull and terminate cables, install equipment and wall rack systems, read wire diagrams, and program proprietary equipment for clients. The role requires traveling to project sites and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, technical trade school or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in audio-video integration technical environment.
• 100% travel to project locations required; must adhere to safety provisions.

Responsibilities

• Dress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables.
• Installs, connects, and manages video routers and switches.
• Installation of cameras.
• Identify cable types (e.g., SVID, Composite, CAT5/6, SDI, Fiber, HDMI, DVI).
• Mounts and dresses displays and wall panels.
• Program various equipment.
• Troubleshoot client AV equipment.
• Manage inventory and record serial/model numbers.
• Complete daily reports, photos, timecards, and project status.
• Collaborate with team to deliver world-class customer service.
• Complete projects per scope and quality standards.
• Adhere to company Mission, Vision, and Values.
