Job summary

KR Wolfe Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Integration Technician for cable pulling, termination, and equipment installation in client environments. You will read diagrams, dress racks, and program proprietary systems for our healthcare, education, commercial, and government projects.

You will travel extensively (100%) to project sites, primarily indoor settings. The role requires practical AV/IT skills, attention to safety, and commitment to delivering high-quality results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical trade school or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of audio-video integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Dress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables.
• Installs, connects, and manages video routers and switches.
• Installation of cameras.
• Read and interpret reflected ceiling plans, elevation drawings, room flow diagrams.
• Program various equipment for clients.
• Troubleshoot client complex AV equipment.
• Manage inventory of repair and replacement parts, document serials.
• Complete daily reports, project photos, timecards and status.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients.
• Complete projects in accordance with scope and quality.
• Adhere to company mission, vision and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
