The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Corporate Controller Manager to lead a team of traveling corporate controllers and support our dealership accounting leadership.

Based in Chicago, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, the role plans travel, trains staff, oversees audits and financial statements, and partners with corporate leadership to develop future Controller talent across Napleton dealerships.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum five+ years of multi-unit/dealership controller experience.
• CDK experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements and internal controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of traveling Corporate Controllers.
• Plan travel schedules and store assignments for coverage.
• Set training standards and teach accounting policies.
• Oversee audits and reviews of dealership financial statements.
• Escalation point for complex accounting issues.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Report on store accounting health and team activity to leadership.
• Develop future dealership Controller talent.
• Train, audit, or fill in at dealerships as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
