Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Current, valid dental license for applicable states.
• CPR and DEA certifications as required.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (TX/LA/MS/DC where applicable).
• Compassionate care for both children and adults.

Responsibilities
