Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple discipline projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily field activities and timelines, and oversee safety on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of work delivery.
• Participate in updating project schedules with Superintendents.
• Review drawings for accuracy of work installed.
• Review subcontractor work for compliance with Exhibit B and standards.
• Perform quality control with all trades and work performed.
• Manage job site equipment rental and logistics.
• Communicate with Project Manager and team to optimize methods.
• Record and maintain project logs and field data.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and keep relations positive.
• Coordinate with subcontractors’ office for recovery plans and progress discussions.
